P.E.A.C.
Parents of Estranged Adult Children
Meeting Time: Last Sunday of the month at 6:30pm
St. Andrew - 1605 Neuse Blvd.
Listening
People whose adult children have abandoned, walked away from, or who have chosen to simply refuse to communicate with their parents is estimated to be 20% of the U.S. population.
No matter the reason why, it hurts.
Many people don’t know where to turn. They suffer in silence, afraid to talk about the breakdown in their family unit. Their emotions are raw. Their pain is very real.
P.E.A.C. is a support ministry. We believe that every family member deserves to be heard and understood. We are not here to give advice. We will not tell you what you should do. We don’t have the answers.
We are simply here to listen to your story and to offer you our love and support. What is said during our meetings will stay with the group and will not be discussed elsewhere. Privacy and confidentiality are paramount.
We meet at St. Andrew Lutheran Church for just an hour the last Sunday of every month. Our next meeting is October 25th at 6:30pm.
